Do you come to my home?
Yes — we come directly to you. No driving, no waiting rooms, no stress. Your instructor visits your home at the scheduled time and works one-on-one with you. It's designed to feel comfortable, not clinical.
How long is a session?
Sessions are typically 1 hour. If you book a multi-session plan, sessions are spread out so you can move at your own pace. There's no rush — you decide the pace.
What if I need more time or more sessions?
No problem. If one session isn't enough, book follow-up sessions anytime. Many clients choose the Monthly or 3-Month plans specifically for ongoing support — having a regular instructor who knows your devices makes everything easier.
Do you work with my type of device?
Yes. We support iPhone, Android phones, iPads, Android tablets, Windows PCs, and Mac computers. If you're not sure whether your device is covered, just ask when you book.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem at all. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your session and we'll reschedule at no charge. Life happens — we understand.
Is this safe? Is my information private?
Yes. Your personal information is never sold or shared. The only people who see your contact details are the TechKNOWphobia team — we use them only to confirm your session and follow up as needed.
What if I need help after the session?
We're here for you beyond the session. Reach out with follow-up questions anytime. If you need more hands-on help, schedule a follow-up visit. Many clients keep learning over time with regular sessions.
